Customers Profile

The customer profile in Figure 1 shows that PALECO's market base is mostly residential at 89% of which almost 34% are lifeline customers whose monthly energy consumptions are 35 kilowatt-hours and below.

Energy sales per customer type are presented in Figure 2 which shows that residential customers consume the largest part of the total energy requirements at 43%, while commercial customers consume almost 38%.
