REGULATORY PRINCIPLE
Retail Rate:
The retail rates charged by distribution utilities for the supply of electricity in their captive market shall be subject to regulation by the ERC based on the principle of full recovery of prudent and reasonable costs incurred, or such other principles that will promote efficiency as may be determined by the ERC.

For five decades and a year, the Palawan Electric Cooperative (Paleco) has remained steadfast and committed in its mission to be a member-consumer-owner (MCO) focused electric cooperative, dedicated to provide quality electric service. Paleco, without a doubt, has encountered challenges like any other establishment. Those challenges are inevitable, yet, we choose to see them as an opportunity to grow and be better in our performance, and deliver reliable electricity service. We will continue to stand firm and be united and progressive in serving our beloved MCOs with excellence.
